🌊 Conscious Living – Mothers Day 2026
This past weekend, we honored mothers – the hearts that beat for others and the spirits currently preparing for the journey.
Whether through wisdom whispered down through generations, quiet reflections over tea, or the mirrors our children hold up to us, we are constantly shaped by the currents of our experience. Every ripple builds our strength and carves our path toward growth.
My journey into motherhood has been the portal to my awakening.🦋
Much like water, motherhood has shaped me through both gentleness and force. It has brought me to my knees many times. It has asked me to surrender, to soften, to flow differently, and at times, to face the parts of myself I could no longer outrun.
Motherhood has forced me to look at myself in the mirror, to confront my wounds, my patterns, my fears, and to strive daily to be better than I was the day before… because I realised I am no longer just living for me.
I am the woman my daughters look to when learning how to treat themselves, how to love themselves, how to use their voice, and how to move through the world.
And yet, at the same time, I am still a woman raising her own inner child. Still releasing echoes of the past that haunt her. Still discovering her own authenticity. Still quieting all the voices she has heard throughout her life and trying to decipher which one is truly her own.
I do not have it all figured out. But every day, I strive to take ownership of the power I know resides within me. To find the light I hold so that I may pass that power and light onto my children.
And beyond them… into humanity.
Because my deepest wish and purpose is that through finding my own light, I may become a mirror for others to find theirs too. To contribute, in whatever way I can, to a more conscious evolution
My beautiful children were the beginning of The Awakened Woman.
And like water finding its path… she is getting ready to reveal her next chapter. ✨🌊
