There is always light

No matter what may be going on in your life at the moment – whatever challenge is confronting you head on that is impossible to avoid because it stares you in the face so brazenly – I am here to remind you that there is always light.

I sit in the Paris airport awaiting a flight to attend a conference with renowned Clinical Psychologist and Wisdom Teacher, Dr Shefali. A dream come true to be attending. As I write this, I watch hundreds of people walking around the airport and realise the vastness of this world. So many people, places, cultures, personalities, interests, perspectives – how much there is out there. The world you see now – with its narrow views, challenges, high walls, and smallness – is only a fraction of what life has for you.

An impasse in my world has opened up this opportunity to attend this conference – a choice to grow from the crisis instead of just simply go through the crisis. This choice has provided me with the much needed courage to do the things that light up my soul.

So with this I share a few affirmations from motivational author, Louise Hay, that inspire opening up your lense and renewing your heart:
