Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

Applies to: The Awakened Woman Single Live Online Experience, Trilogy, Journey and Circle memberships.<\/p>\n

This policy applies only to the group programmes, events, online experiences and memberships listed above. It does not apply to individual psychological or therapy sessions, which are governed by the separate terms and cancellation policy provided to clients when booking those services.<\/p>\n

Registration and payment<\/h2>\n

Your place is confirmed once your registration and payment have been received. Please check your selected experience and session dates before paying.<\/p>\n

Payment can be made through PayFast or the bank-transfer details provided on your individual payment page. If you have already paid by bank transfer, please upload your proof of payment on that page and do not pay again.<\/p>\n

Non-refundable payment policy<\/h2>\n

This policy applies to new bookings and Circle membership payments made after this updated policy is published. Existing bookings remain governed by the terms accepted when the booking was made.<\/p>\n

To cancel your participation, email info@bronwynrusso.com<\/a> with your name, booked experience or membership, session date (where applicable) and payment reference.<\/p>\n

Payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or provided for under the organiser cancellation and rescheduling section below.<\/p>\n

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, participant cancellations, missed sessions, late arrival, leaving a session early, or problems with a participant\u2019s device or internet connection, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n

Trilogy and Journey packages: Payments for these packages are non-refundable. Choosing not to attend or use part of a package does not entitle you to a full or partial refund, except where required by applicable law or where we cancel or reschedule an affected experience as described below.<\/p>\n

Circle memberships<\/h2>\n

Circle membership payments are non-refundable for participant cancellations, missed Circle sessions or unused membership access, except where required by applicable law or provided for under the organiser cancellation and rescheduling section below.<\/p>\n

This applies to individual monthly membership payments and Circle membership included in a Journey package. Stopping future membership periods does not entitle you to a refund of a period already paid for.<\/p>\n

Please contact us before your next renewal or payment date if you do not wish to continue.<\/p>\n

If we cancel or reschedule<\/h2>\n

If we cancel an event or experience, we will offer a replacement date or a refund for the cancelled experience.<\/p>\n

If an event or experience is rescheduled and you cannot attend the replacement date, contact us to arrange a refund for the affected experience.<\/p>\n

Any refund relating to a package will take account of the affected components and any components already delivered.<\/p>\n

Refunds required by law or organiser cancellation<\/h2>\n

We will confirm the outcome and refund arrangements by email. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.<\/p>\n

Please contact us if an agreed refund has not arrived.<\/p>\n

Participation<\/h2>\n

The Awakened Woman is an experiential personal-development offering. It does not replace individual psychological therapy or medical care.<\/p>\n

Please participate respectfully and respect the privacy of other participants. For online sessions, please arrange a suitable device and reliable internet connection.<\/p>\n

Governing law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n

These terms and the experiences covered by them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Disputes arising from these terms or experiences are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Eswatini, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n

Your rights and contact<\/h2>\n

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where the law provides additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights take priority.<\/p>\n
