Bronwyn Russo is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with 16 years in private practice. Formally trained in Western Australia and having completed ongoing professional development with institutions such as Yale University, she brings a depth of clinical expertise alongside a deeply integrative and whole-person approach to wellbeing.
Her work has evolved beyond diagnosis and symptom management toward a collaborative dialogue with the mind and body - exploring what inner experiences are communicating and what is needed for healing, alignment, and growth. Bronwyn integrates evidence-based Western psychology with Eastern contemplative and somatic practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and body-based awareness practices.
Her approach honours the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, supporting individuals to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and intentional living. Her work is grounded in empowerment - helping clients move from survival and symptom reduction toward meaning, vitality, and conscious self-leadership.
Bronwyn is an international affiliate of the American Psychological Association (APA) and served as the founding Chairperson of the Eswatini Psychology Association (EPA), where she remains committed to advancing mental health and wellbeing in Eswatini and beyond.
Wife to a “push-the-boundaries” entrepreneur and mother of three, Bronwyn views motherhood as a profound portal for self-development and personal mastery. Her personal philosophy includes raising oneself alongside one’s children, cultivating curiosity toward hardship, practicing radical self-responsibility, and deepening connection with one’s highest and most authentic self.
Meditation, mindfulness, and movement are integral to her daily life, supported by the guiding mantra: “Accept life without resistance.”
No wasted time traveling to see your coach: attend your coaching sessions wherever you want, in your own office or a conference room at work, at home or even while traveling. Given that most people who hire life coaches are already very busy, this time-savings makes a huge difference.
